Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 25 yr old living in Delhi. My nose is running from 4 month. I have taken 2 month course of L-Cit-M and duonose nasal spray. Shows no improvement. But from last two week I am getting very thick and sticky mucous and also my throat make khad khad noise while coughing. Please suggest some treatment...

Sir am unable to hear the low output voice...from 10 days...i have habbit to clean ears with cotton buds.after my bath.

Hello Sir Good Afternoon I had a Vertigo problem 4 months back ,which happened suddenly ,we didnt have such history in our Family. I was treated by ENT specialist almost 2 months. Did MRI for right brains also. Okay. Now tinitus  problem for right ear still continuing ,i.e continues sound from right ear. Kindly suggest is there any remedy in alopathy. Whether its curable . Thx.

Sir, I have been suffering from dry cough with mucus and consulted medicine doctor and Ent specialist they diagnosed antibiotics, montek-lc, cough syrup x ray blood tests and pulmonary function test have been done and another doctor gave me some acid reflux medicine but no improvements what can I do
