Defect in ear shape , no whole to ear

My baby is now with 1 year ... she born with a defect that abnormal ear shape with small ear ..nd also no whole to ear ..so i need a doctor for her surgery in future

First and foremost thing here is to know whether the baby is hearing from that ear or not..... There will be some hearing loss expected ...... We need to quantify that.... Then we need to know what structures are formed inside the ear.... Then only we can decide on the required surgery.... The time is right for those investigations now.....
