Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter facing ear pain and fever from Saturday nite. As today no doctor is available. I'm worried is that any thing serious.

Yesterday night I had noticed white spots in the back of my throat. I was convinced it was strep throat because my throat is very scratchy that day so I had took it upon myself to take Ibuprofen to avoid the fever. I still don't know if I have strep throat or not.

My left vocal cord was paralysed during the vagal schwanomma surgery on the left side of neck. I had a benign tumor of 2×2 cm which was removed in March 2017 by vascular surgeon and vagus nerve was sacrificed/cut for removing the tumor. I can't speak when I move my head to the left side but right side is bit normal for me to speak but that too is not 100% ok. I just have 50-60 % voice to the right side. Since its very difficult to make people understand with my low voice, what can be done now to make my voice next to normal? Can vagus nerve be retained and my voice as well?

Cold and cough and ears blocked for 10 days. Consulted a doctor and have been having medicines for 8 days. Have been having augmentin 625, lcz - Mont and ear drops. The stuffiness in the ears has subsided to a large extent but I can still feel some phlegm inside the duct connecting the nose and the ear. The cold is still there. And cough is intermittent. Please suggest if I should continue the medicine or should I consult the doctor again.

My mother is suffering from an ear irritation from the last 10-12 days.It seems like their is a mosquito in the ear but it is not there this irritation is while sleeping only. She is using WAXOWELL ear drops from last 3 days but it has also no helped. Can you suggest any other measure?

It's been causing me vertigo and dizziness since Friday- its been more manageable over this weekend but I want to know what the best solution for it is. I have pain around my right neck where my ear connects and it feels a little water clogged. I think my doctor recommended Benadryl antihistamines or nasal spray? What would work better? The doctor said it was not infected through looking down my ear with a torch.

I cleared my left ear with earbud 4 days backing, while doing it there was blood on the bud, which i think is due to rashing on path and not on the eardrum. After that next day ear was paining and on day after that pain became unbearable and i consulted an ENT doctor who said that it's due to infection and ear has small pimples like on the inner boundary or pathway. Then pain was relieved by the medicine(Flexon &  lbx) but as the pain killer effect vanishes, unbearable pain occurs. Then i consulted another ENT and he said i rashed surface of ear which caused it. Now one day after that, i started hearing continuous high frequency type noise in that ear when complete silence is there. I didn't touch eardrum while cleaning with earbud.

Hi, as it's visible in the below pictures. My nose it's fatty. And I'd like to reduce it and make it less ugly. Is there any non surgical procedure to proceed and reduce the size of my nose?

Hello Doc, Recently i diagnosed for Thyroid disorder and it comes with high TSH value ( I think Hypothroidism ). My TSH value is 7.51 uIU/ ml ,which is above reference range. Can you please suggest ways to control it & food to eat in this.
