Diagnosed with tuberculous lymphadenitis
Swelling on right side on neck,diagnosed with tuberculous lymphadenitis one month back through FNAC test. Took ATT for one month, but the swelling increased, and spread to both sides of neck. So Did Bilateral cervical lymplanedopathy, pus came out of sewllings. Pus culture report is highly positive. Biopsy report from both sides of neck tissues says tuberculous lymphadenitis. How to check for MDR TB ? What is the test that can be done?

You seem to be suffering from multi drug resistant tuberculosis. There are various microbiological tests for identification of MDR TB. You should consult nearby TB and chest specialist or pulmonologist who can guide you to appropriate management of this difficult to treat condition
