Is tuberculous lymphadenitis a contagious disease? Does it spread from one person to another, if yes then how?

It can spread from the droplet ( coughed out secretions ) but not directly from the neck mass. Also once treatment starts, contagious status decreases.

It is another manifestation of Tuberculosis. Treatment is the same as Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Spreads by droplet infection.
