Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’ve had a lump on the right side of my neck and I’ve had it a while, I just assumed it was swollen glands when I had a cold but it still hasn’t disappeared it is not hurting or anything I’m just panicking. What could it be?

I had tonsillectomy one month ago. Now I'm facing with acid reflux all the time and feel like some acidly liquid comes in my mouth and makes me vomiting. Is it connected with tonsillectomy, what should I do?

My son is having DNS problems since the age of 5-6 years. Is it safe to use these medicines frequently or is there any better solution for this problem??

I am experiencing mild pain in my upper left throat for the past 4 months. I don't face any difficulty swallowing or speaking.I occasionally smoke. I have been diagnosed with acute pharyngitis in the past. Whenever I do mock (dry) swallowing it pains mildly. However I don't feel any lump or protrusion on  the side it pains. What can be the reason for this pain? Do I need to worry? Should I undergo some tests to diagnose it?
