Mucus from mouth with blood stains
From past few months, i noticed that mucus came from my mouth and have to spit. At times, blood stains came with the mucus.
I have problem of runny nose and fluffy eyes. at time I felt itching in ears as well.
This problem majorly hits during early morning and late night or even after having food.
Should I go to ENT or pulmonologist as I have problem with the breathing as well.. i am not able to breathe properly? please suggest

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
