Unsymetric Face
Actually when i talk my lips goes little towards left which make it unsymmetric also my left cheek looks little swollen as compared to another due to which my face looks unsymmetric.this is due to my neck surgery for my by birth cystic hygroma.Is there any treatment to make my face symmetric?

You seem to have facility nerve weakness on one side of face secondary to surgery you have undergone in the childhood. Usually after many years of injury to nerves there is no way it can be repaired. For deviation of angle of mouth there are many plastic surgical techniques available. You should visit nearby plastic surgeon
