Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have hearing problem in my right ear for 16 years. My eardrum was broken and its hard for me to hear anything in my right ear. I just want to ask if the MECOBALAMIN 500MCG (METHYCOBAL) medicine which my doctor prescribed to me has a relation to my hearing problem?

My Mother in law have lost her hearing ability approximately before 20 years. She was affected by Brain fever and as a side effect she lost her eye sight and hearing ability. After treatment she regained her eyesight but not the hearing ability. She is not willing to use the hearing aids as it leads to severe head ache. Kindly let me know her possibilities of regaining her hearing ability?

All major test (sputum test, spirometry etc) were done earlier. There was nothing came out except allergy diagnosed... Cough continued n increased during Nov-Dec (being in delhi)... Kindly suggest treatment for continued cough

Thyroid has increased from TSH 4 in June to 8 in Nov TSH..Do I need to stat medicines .Pls suggest .
