Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I can't hear in left ear .report shows sensory neural hearing loss .Plz help .If there any medicine tell me what medicine cure my problem

My mom is Suffering from severe dry cough and I am unable to understand whom shall I need to contact She also has thyroid problem.

Daily morning when I wake up if I brush my teeth late I get sneezing continuously.And after sneezing I get running nose and it is really irritating for me to work. If I start my day with sneezing all the day I'll be sneezing & have running nose. I consulted a doctor in nellore A.P where I stay he gave me Montip-Lc only for two months. While yawning at work earlier today what I believe was a lymph node popped out from under my jaw with a very significant knot, and began to seize up the entire right side of my neck and jaw (like when you stretch and get a Charlie horse). This knot then disappeared suddenly and I began to get very hot and sweat profusely. I began to head to the bathroom and my eyes became dark and disoriented as (when you stand up too fast). My ears clogged up and I began vomiting. Any idea what this could be?

I had nosebleed while sleeping at night for 4-5 times, it wasn't frequent before but during last 2 days it is continuous.
