Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this tiny bulge near my talgus (1mm out, and 1 mm down). It doesnt hurt if pressed, but makes me somewhere dizzy sometimes. If i use my nails it will hurt. What can it be?

I got cold one week before which was transmitted to me by one of my colleoug, which results in stuck of bulgum in left ear.

I've had a coigh for little over 2 weeks, you can hear stuff coming out. i have no other symptoms and everyone in my city had a cough for some time recently. I've been using vicky vaporub, inhalation therapies at home, taking anti allergy meds and using nasal descongestant. What else should I use/do?

I've had ringing in ears since summer. I went to a doctor who prescribed me nasal sprays which helped reduce the ringing as when he checked my hearing, the audiogram gave a perfect result and there was no hearing issue and the eardrum was fine. A month later I couldn't detect the ringing until 3 days ago the ringing increased. I do listen to music very often but it is never louder than 50%, I do drink caffeine and have been in a lot of stress and lack of sleep lately, I clench my teeth and jaw.

I have been having a problem swallowing saliva recently, when it comes to swallowing i feel like something closes up and i am then unable to breathe and get very dizzy my heart begins to beat very rapidly, and then it opens up so i can swallow. It happens very often i often feel faint when this happens.

I have cough and cold problems about 30 days, I have always run water from my nose, please suggest me and solve my problem, and tell me how medicine use.

I AM HAVING PAIN IN MY RIGHT EAR WHICH DOEN'T ALLOW ME TO SLEEP LAST NGHT.IT'S LIKE SOME TING IS INSERTING INTO MY EAR.COLD MAKE THE CONDITION MORE WORSE.ALL THE NIGHT I AM FEELING Echo IN MY EAR.NO ALSO IT'S PAINING I INSERT SOME COTTON WHICH MAKES IT EASE NOW

Tongue is fall down, it creates dry coff not able to sleep, it will only on night.

I´ve had a Bad head ache, sore throat, runny nose, watery eyes, cramps, nausea , dizziness.

I have this cold for two days. Severe headache and body pain. Scratchy throat and due to which breathing problem. Running nose and eyes are burning too. And having really bad weakness.
