Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , From 6 months i am suffering with mucus and Blood tinges. Starting i suffered with cough dry mucus with out saliva. Later some time some blood tinges came with the mucus. Each test done PFT, Chest X-Ray, Skull X-ray , In this chest and PFT results are positive and  doctor said there was sinus problem. Still after 6 months i am not recovered from that now there was a black mucus with some blood tinges started please let me know whom should I approach for this problem. I will consult them directly.

Having severe nose block because of sinusitis,can't breathe from both nose so have to breath from mouth plz some instand relief idea or medicine
