Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Started in january was low then really loud i couldnt hear anything or sleep for days was like a helcopter in my ears. Been suffering really bad anxiety which i managed lower myself. I hear rumbling all the time slows down when in sound, i can tense my ear &get that noise so i though it was muscle. When in a quiet room it goes to a lower rumble. In a car it triggers it off thats on a short 15 min journey, on long journey it disappears & ears relax & goes for a bit. Vit D dificiency i have

My ear keeps getting white things out it also hurt so bad i went to hospital and they clean it up they said there is fungi in it and thats why ( to let you know i study bio and i grow fungi in lab i think it because of this ) but i went about three time they clean it and it comes again .. i also cants hear from it so good the madison i take is (Ciproxen) and (Emifenac 50 DT) but its not coin anything ..please help me
