Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

According my audiogram my left ear 61 db And right ear 66 db loss. I am in disability certificate criteria ? Please guide. Thanks

Suffering from cold and cough since childhood, even time my nasal cavities are being blocked and i feel cough in throat. Some years ago I have consulted with an ENT specialist, he operated my nasal for a so called increased bone but problem didn't got solution.

After giving two dose my baby started feeling uncomfortable, then when we checked we found out that instead of giving Alex junior from Medicine store guy gave me Alex which is for senior people. My baby is sleeping now. Do we need to concern about this?
