  4. Sinus problem. Keep blocking back up?

Hi, i have been using Nasofan Aqueous Spray for a postnasal drip for a few months. I was told to use it slanting towards my eye and now it keeps scabbing and bleeding. Is this normal? and how long should i be using it for cos it does keep blocking back up? thank you

Most steroid nasal sprays are safe and scabs and bleeding is unusual and should certainly be checked with an ENT specialist.
