I have went to doctor for the cause my voice changed.after doing endoscopy doctor prescribed these medicines .I feel better with my I have to take this medicines or not .As in  submitted picture

Finish your course of medication. You have got infection in larynx because of which your voice has changed. It will be recovered. If not then you can get advice from Speech language Pathologist along with ENT.
