Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have been feeling right nose block for long time and had suffered from headache twice in a week for last one month. I consulted the nearby ent specialist and he suggested me for scan. The scan report says the following impression a, bilateral frontal ethmoid sinusitis b, deviated nasal septum towards right side c, left inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Doctor told me to undergo sinus laser surgery for permanent solution. Is surgery really needed for this or is there any alternate option to cure it naturally.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose infection. You should try using antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery. Surgery needs to be considered if all the treatment fails
