I am suffering from throat sore for the past few days. It is recurring again and again.

You seem to be suffering from chronic tonsillitis which usually presents with recurrent attacks of throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. If your symptoms are very recurrent and persistent then you may need to undergo surgery known as tonsillectomy. During acute episodes you need to antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
