Ear nose and throat issues
Hi, my baby is almost 14 months old and we had grommets inserted on 01st December as a result of ongoing ear infections, and antibiotics not healing them at all... a few days after the grommets were inserted one ear starting bleeding, which in my opinion was quite excessive ... in the meantime we have been giving antibiotic drops into the ears directly, but he hasnt gone through a night without screaming and shaking his head frantically?

Bleeding from ear and pain is unlikely to be related to grommet and chances of infection are very high. You should consult your ENT doctor for re look at the grommet insertion site and ear to identify cause for the problem
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
