Ear has got self cleaning mechanism. Avoid probing into child s ear that may push wax inside . If you see hard wax take help of soecialist .otherwise you nay use wax dissolvent drop

There are various types of ear drops for different ear conditions. For infections antibiotic ear drops are used. Wax softeners are used for impacted wax. Anti fungal drops are used for fungal infection. Unfortunately no ear drops can clean the ear
