I underwent an MRI BRAIN Plain as advised by Neuro physicia. My symptoms were vertigo and spondylitis. Incidentally, the MRI identified cyst in parotid gland. I used to smoke 10 cig a day and for last 6 months I am on nicotine gums. I do not have any discomfort, pain, swelling in mouth.. Do I have to worry about the cyst and consult a specialist?
