Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose has been itchy all day and I thought it was due to mucus, but when I came to clean my nose there was no mucus, just a red/pink itchy swelling in my right nostril.

I am much irritated with my voice . i am talking with my mouth only but sounds like i am talking with my nose pls help me to get rid of this

It's regarding my son he is 12 years old I took him to the urgent care today and he was tested positive for strep throat but his heart rate was 156 should I be worried ?

A bad smell which has been coming from a month ago from my mouth Afew days back i have consulted ent doctor He has suggested HAT test which type of test is this??

Last year while i was in bus ,due to to the sudden break applied by the bus driver,my left ear was hit by the handle rod with severe impact.From that time it became so sensitive to normal sounds and even wind also.It will start paining inside.I have visited ENT doctors for the problem but not solved.I suspect there might be any internal injury that cannot be seen with normal eye inside my ear.In this winter ,the problem is more because of severe paining inside.Please guide me in this regard.

I have extreme itching around my ears (mostly behind but also the ear lobes). Around the same time this started, the holes where my ears are pierced started weeping. This came right after my sinus infection ended. It’s now been 4 days and it’s driving me nuts. Waking me up in the night etc. We live in Panama and don’t have easy access to good health care. I am scheduled to have a Septoplasty with Subsubmucous Resection (SMR) on December 18, 2017 in my Otolaryngologists Office, under local anesthesia to correct a deviated septum. I am being prescribed Diazepam and Percocet to take prior to arrival, but I am unsure of the doses as the prescriptions will not be picked up until December 12th. The doses will likely be 10mg each. Its only cough nothing else i feel someone is choking me when coughing starts it doesn't stop with one two cough but goes on till 4-5 sec,Today while coughing i had problem in breathing i spat ,thought it may b phlgm but a mixture or saliva and blood.please doc help me out whom to consult ent or a normal doc.

Hello sir i am mayank bharti, i visited you on 4/12/17 at 6pm, having complaint of nasal blockage which get severe at night. Sir steam inhalation work for only few hours and tab ebast is not giving any relief. I am not able to concentrate and have to breath through mouth when doing some imp work. What should i do.
