By ct scan i knowed that i hav bent bone in the nose by that you got the hole in the ear said by ent doctor . Is surgery needed to ear and nose?

Usually deviated nasal septum does not require any treatment unless very symptomatic. Usually surgery of the ear alone is sufficient. You may need to take second opinion
