Phlegm in throat
A week ago I had really bad congestion and couldn’t breathe through each nostril properly and had to constantly blow my nose like it was never ending. Then my nostrils cleared up but something remained in my throat. I can feel that it’s on the right side of my throat and I always feel the need to cough it up but barely anything comes out. It’s normally white, foamy and sticky but occasionally a stained yellowish color.

You seem to be suffering from post viral symptoms in the throat. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use oral lozenges and drink plenty of water for faster recovery
