Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a clogged nose for a month now. My mucus sometimes turns green as phlegm and there are times it would be white.

I am 27years old female suffering from Gastro problems for to my unhalthy eating habbits and lifestyle.Since 4days m coughing badly,which starts nd gets worsed at evening nd night jst aftr having my food nd especially ds 4days m having severe indigestion problem also.Dr is muscus along wid cough ,dou I hvnt yet consulted any doctr bt fr sum relief m taking Ambrodil LX cough cyrup which I already had in my home.Dou d relief is fr short time .Is this Cough curable/serious?what medicine should Itak

I'm having DNS problem since long back.... Couple of times I undergone surgery....Still it's not been resolved.....Later I consulted Apollo hospital....Dr suggested me for again surgery.....DNS is deviated towards right side ...N it seems closed my right nostril. I'm facing difficulty to breath easily. ...So my body is not getting sufficient oxygen as per the need.....So I'm breathing quickly ...Panting ....Is surgery needed or any other treatment is available...Kindly guide me

I have been having a whistling sound in my right from past 5-6 days and the ear is blocked as well
