Apthous ulcer due to indigestion and sle
I had this problem since childhood. I was taking reconia tab 2b.D but now it's not available in market only riconia silver,LP and g are in market. I had Bell's palsy one year ago. Since then my food not digest . I wakeup arround 2 am and abdomen right arround naval. I had to take 2 tablet one ranitidine150 and pan d then only 50% relief. My all test are OK iron,throid,CTC,lipid,sugar all are negative. I have shown all profession doctor neuro,psycho,gastro but no relief. My current medicine equirex,prothiaden,nexnuron,goldcal,petril MD.I had taken dulane,nexito,neupride. If I take PANTOPRAZOLE 20mg 2b.D after meal with current medicine then 40% relief . can I take pan d or pantocid dsr after meal 2b.D. because it contain 20% more PANTOPRAZOLE. Should I shown gastro or e.n.t doctor or dentist because if I left this medicine some miner ulcer in my mouth and throat. Ayurvedic doctor says there is heat in my blood.
