Acute Apthous Ulcer
Respected Sir/Mam I am suffering heavily from this Apthous ulcer inside my mouth. It lasts for 20 days long, and create much pain in my mouth. I am having this problem from the last 10 yrs or so. Plz suggest some advice that what to do or not. Awaiting for your needy reply.

Hi...based on your history u might be having reccurent aphthous ulcers... These get precipitated during stressful times...

take tab.rebagen one tab twice daily for 10days after food.. apply lexanox plus ointment twice daily half hour before food...before eating rinse your mouth!! tanutum mouth gargles twice daily after food!!  for 10days...

if these ulcer persistent for a longer time...they may require cauterization...sometime a biopsy may be required!!
