Mouth ulcers
I am suffering from recurrent ulcers. Currently there are only two marks which are left i am facing this problem from December 2017.. I have been to a Dentist, General physician, Ent Surgeon. They all told me it's oral Ulcers or apthous ulcers and nothing is there blood test is done reports are fine.. Biopsy is not required as per Dentist and ENT.. My Vitamin B12 is now 271 after taking B12 shots and Rinifol. There is no pain like before but it's still there... Please suggest what should I do to get rid of this problem permanently..

Recurrent apthous ulcers are very difficult to treat as there are many causes such as nutritional deficiency, stress, autoimmune disorders, dental disorders, etc. You may need to undergo detailed evaluation to rule out auto immune condition
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
