I have These Lumps for Around a Year , I am a Chainsmoker. Is this Cancerous? What are the possible ways to Take good care of my Throat after Smoking?

May I continue those ear drops and tablets after completion of the given course (OTIFLOX and RINOSOLVIN KID)

Hello, I visited Dr. Mayur Ingale (ENT specialist) for pain in my throat. He told it was a case of vocal abuse and prescribed medicines for 5 days (prescription attached) and also advised for voice rest and to avoid spicy diet. I was feeling much better when i was taking these medicines for 5 days. But yesterday was the fifth day and today i am again feeling some uneasiness in my throat. Pain is not that bad as it was earlier but its not perfect yet. I request doctor to advise what should i do further.
