Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have moderate level of bacterial tonsillitis and have small white marks only on one side if my tonsillitis. i m feeling fatigued and very sleepy the entire day. In the morning some yellow viscous liquid, in a decently good amount came out from my mouth after brushing my teeth followed by large volume of saliva. I coughed a lot but it was only then. I dont have a very red tongue but my uvula is very long merging with the tongue and obstructing the view of my throat. I feel very hungry the whole day but am unable to eat after a limit n hence my hunger remains unsatisfied. I dont have fever as for now but a lot of weakness. Please recommend me the way to get rid of the these problems and come back to normalcy. Thank you so much in advance.

I am suffering from pain in left ear, due to wax. Few days back I injured the inner wall of the ear because of itching.

One side pain in throat, constant saliva coming out, pain while talking and swallowing

I have pain in my left ear and I have taken medicines for cold but it's not going. I consulted a doctor for this and he prescribed me a medicine which contains amoxycilline and potassium clavulanate and I am allergic to it. So, is there any substitute for this medicine?

Right side far end of my tongue is paining. Neither supports swallowing anything nor talking. As par my knowledge it is not at upper side of throat. Suggest me what to do. Excepts this no other symptoms.

I've had a fever for the past three days, initially with a throat pain which has now subsided from taking Azithral 500. However the fever isn't going away despite regular doses of paracetamol. I also have a cold and runny nose since yesterday.

I have a bad throat problem since a year. Every possible remedy i have taken to clear my throat but didnt work. Diagnosed earlier but they called it normal due to much body heat. I am a singer and voice is an asset for me to do that. I dont eat any spicy and sour food, no much cold water but not getting why i am having this throat problem everytime. Little cold air passes through me and i get cold a very next day. Awaz puri tarah se baith gayi hai meri... And now it has started paining because i am a professor and i need to talk continue. Please suggest what should i do for this and recommend a best way to get rid of it.
