Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having sore throat and little swelling on the left side of throat. I am having trouble in swallowing also. It's maybe because I shouted in the class as my profession is teaching.

Hi my cousin has some wound in nose...it is caused while he inserted his little finger n trying to screw up there in nostrils to fetch some dirt there.. now it is bleeding lightly n we guess  also having some pus formed.. having gentle pain while touching it..please suggest some medicine to cure it...

I've been diagnosed of a chronic right sphenoidal sinusitis and I'm experiencing numbness in my leg and hand,can I take renerve plus capsule along side antibiotics and alpaca?

Feel something stuck in my throat or a feeling of some extra skin inside. May be month passed I am feeling this what it could be the reason

I had sore throat since 19 Jan to 31st after which I was prescribed samproz 40 and Acetylcysteine 600. But when I returned back to home on 6th I again started feeling pain in right side of my throat while swallowing and at times even at ear I felt the pinching kind of pain. I used to smoke 1-2 cig a day but left after 19th only. I'm at my hometown where there is no ent specialist and I'm here upto 20th Feb. Kindly help me and suggest something. Anything much to worry about? I can see red lines and 2-3 ulcers also on back side (throat) of my mouth using flash light since 19th only. Also I've attached the photo of my throat kindly suggest something.

Blood coming in nose while runing nose, already blood coming in left side last two days she was fine but again today the right side nose blood is comming not continuously four times once
