Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having headache, less sense of smelling and pain in forehead and around eyes also have swelling around eyes. i have a previous history of Nasal Polyp and surgery for deviated septum 7 years ago. i got relief initially but now i am facing the problem in breathing.can you please help me what initial treatment i should start. i have booked an appointment but it is 20 days later. Can you please prescribe me some medicine for some initial relief or Schedule an appointment within next 2-3 days.

Hi i am going to germany and have issue with my nose and i am worried that it would be exaggerate in cold condition. So i want to ask whaat to do treat it. Although i am talking every precaution i can.
