Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a running nose and cough, with congestion in my chest for the last three days

I have hypertrophic tonsils and I got 200ui/ml ASO titer level? The doctor said that i dont have indications of strep infection since i dont have tonsilitis that occur everyonth bit i want to lessen my ASO Titer level

The room in which i sleep had a portion which was damaged with water seepage.
