Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, my nose is blocked most of the times. At times only one nose is blocked. It creates difficulty in breathing. Advise a permanent solution for the same. I do take Sumo Cold medicine once in a while when the common cold is evident. I'm up for an ENT specialist check up if advised.

I came to my home town 45 days back, from then started with cold,cough,throat pain,used antibiotics. Dose by Dr, but after that it come s again.like this its repeating,tablets using no pain,after 1/2 days again starting, pls advise.

I feel dizzy almoust every part of the day. Its been a couple of mounts now. The dizzines is short like start end but it feels strange like there is something in my head and i see blury things like i move my head a lot. I get that from almous everything i do drive walk move my head. Its getting to nerd me it wont stop. Its a weird dizzines.

I have been taking homeopathy medication but it doesn't work much on me although i am not willing to have such a long treatment. I AM CONFUSED THAT AFTER SURGERY WILL IT REOCCUR OR NOT.
