Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was diagnosed with Thyroid in 2016 and since then I've been taking Thyronorm 50mg. However, now my TSH levels are under control, do I still need to continue the medicine? Along with this, I also have an issue of dry mouth which is significant during the night. This has caused some fungal infection in the tongue. My age is 29. Pls help.

ENT Doctor prescribed her Allegra M.The problem is she is taking the medicine from months and once she stops taking them. She feels running nose, fever and headache. She is over dependent on those. Doctor says its normal and fine and she can have the surgery to get mucous removed from inside.
