Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My eardrum has punchured in 2016 now I see my doctor he said that your ear has an fungal infection and the eardrom can be replaced by surgery give me the solution

I am suffering from nasal allergy from several years,the situation gets worse during change in weather(winter to summer).one side (alternate)nose is permanently blocked.Doctors told me that I have increased bone that needs to be operated.Homeopathic doc.told me that I have nasal polyps,the treatment of which I am taking from last 6 months but no relief yet.while sleeping I feel difficulty in breathing.Please help.

1. black cough coming out in early morning when removing coungh 4 to 5 times. Rest through out the day normal cough comes out. 2. when eating food it feels all ok, but in rest of the time it feels like something is behind soft palet. 3. sometimes feeling minor block in right ear.

I have constant feeling of having water stuck in my throat, its happening from yesterday

Ive had a sore throat, cough, and no appetite for 2 days. I don't feel sick to my stomach. I am very weak also.

Nose always block and lost the sense of smell anything, always have running nose and pain nearby eyes and teeth hard to take breath from nose

I am having pain in my throat/ gland since last night. I don't have cold but slight dry cough.I am on BP tablets for 4 years now. I have Repace H in the mornings and Nebicard 5 mg at night. Three weeks back I had my wisdom tooth extraction and now they are fine.

I was checking the back of my throat with my tongue out all the way so I could see all the way at the back n slightly below. On my pharynx I noticed yellow/whitish looking spots. I have no pain. No cold or cough. Are these normal findings in the throat area? Concerned

I have headache, side of the nose ache and cheek ache since I work up this morning. I have Seasonal allergic rhinitis and got cold just before. Please help
