Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m having tinnitus problem (ringing in the ears) At first it was in one ear now both are affected... Major cause is listening to high voltage musics for long period of time.... What should I do.... Ringing is from last one month...

Hi, Me and my friend have extreme snoring problem. This is to an extent that our friends have started ostracizing us. Along with this, I fall asleep anywhere I sit or lie down (except office) and yawn extremely frequently. Can someone suggest any good doctor in Goregaon / Malad / Kandivali? Or solutions to avoid this extreme snoring and yawning issue.

I am suffering from ear pain from the last 5 days . I visited my doc. And he recommended me for the ear cleaning and prescribed me some medicines but after taking medicines also i am not feeling well. There is a lot of pain in my right ear. Can u plem help me with that.

I have cough more than 6 weeks and irritating throat and gets out cough and I have also sinus problems take homeopathic treatment but no results. Irritating becomes more at evening time. After get up in the morning lot of cough get out. Don't understand what the problem.

Right side neck is bit swollen as I see from outside and went through thyroid (tsh,t3,t4,ultrasound,fnac) tests. And here reports attached. Please guide what needs to be done. Giving here FNAC report and ultrasound.. below is my t3 t4 tsh report. T3 : 1.98ng/mL (0.80 to 1.78) T4 : 12.17ug/dl(6.09 to 12.23) , TSH : 0.14 (0.34 TO 5.60)
