Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My uvula might be swollen or infected it does not hurt when I swallow but I feel something is there like a bit irritated

If bone nose gets straight through septoplasty this problem will resolve. Another doctor says everyone has slightly bend nose from inside. Pls suggest

Hi, I am full imbalance while walking, I have been diagnosed as lateral semicircular dehiscence, but I have post history of ear infection due to that I had taken twice ear surgery, now again surgery that's total mastorid surgery, after doing this surgery I will free from symptom throughout my life?? if in case again infection came then it may causes serious life threatening problem as there is no middle ear so it will directly go brain in future???
