Sinusitis diagnosed by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses is usually treated by medications first. If medications fail to give relief then functional endoscopic sinus surgery is performed. Results of the surgery are fairly good. Just treating your deviation of septum may not be sufficient
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
