Water dripping from right nostril

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Most of the times when I bend my head down i.e. towards the floor for a minute or two, water starts dripping from my nose. This happens mostly when I wash my hair in that way. I'm afraid if that's a serious issue or something normal. It's not because of any cold that I'm suffering from and I have noticed since sometimes that waters drips from my right nostril only. Please help

Watery fluid coming out of the nose on bending head can be CSF. This condition is known as CSF rhinorrhoea. Confirmation of diagnosis can be made by analysis of the fluid which is leaking. CT and MRI is necessary if fluid is confirmed to be csf
