Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ive been having pain in my ear for a few days now. It's like an earache and my top left side of my mouth feels like it hurts too. It comes and goes and I don't know what it could be

I have dry cough and both ear block and slight runny nose since last 2 weeks.

My ear frequently gets blocked with wet earwax and every month or so it gets so bad I have to get it cleaned out, and I can't really afford that. I don't use anything that I think would push the wax down but my ear also frequently gets itchy so I find ways to itch my ear without putting anything fully in. Why is this happening and how can I get rid of this problem for good. Thanks

I am having coughing for about two weeks now earlier it was not so hard but now morning i wake up it feels while coughing my throat gets blocked and eyes get red i am unable to speak for moments white colour cough comes when i spit

Recently i had a ear blockage. so visited a doctor. The doctor removed the ear wax. Do we need to use any tablets after ear wax removal. Is it mandatory to take any Antibiotic after ear wax removal?

My son is suffering from cold since a month. However from past few weeks we've noticed that while sleeping he started snoring heavily and his teeth chatters loudly and for a long time with short intervals. His teeth chatters so loudly that a person sleeping beside him can easily wake up. Please let me know the reason for his strange behaviour and its remedy.

I had an throat infection with a white patch visible on one side. after taking antibiotics(azithromycin 500 mg) for three days,  i am still having high fever though the patch ha subsided considerably.. now having dry cough.. pretty bad..  I am doing gargle with lupidine and salt water 2 times daily but which is difficult with cough..  Please help .
