I am having ear pain since yesterday
I am having ear pain since yesterday evening and some liquid seems to flowing out when i tilt my head... What is the issue with my ear?

Perhaps you are suffering from Acute ear infection ...acute otitis media with a perforation in your ear drum since liquid discharge is coming out from your ear.
You must consult ENT specialist ASAP in order to prevent further damage to your ear drum and the vital structure inside your middle ear. Ear infection needs ENT specialist consultation ASAP.
Prevention is better than cure
Keep your ears dry during bathing
Don't clean your ears with Johnson ear buds as you may cause self inflicted ear drum damage since ear drum is a delicate structure ear cleaning should be done only by ENT specialist under controlled conditions. Avoid self medication for ear infection .
