Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering from nasal mucus/dry mucus since decades. Many antibitics, antielrgic take many time. Some time nose fully blicked & briding throygh mouth. Mucud dried in inner side of nose also which has to remive by pressure & help of nails. Woonds & blood. As if now, there is one painful boll observed right nose just above lips & inside the nose.

I hv been having sore thoart and my one side tonsile is very large it almost looks like its blocking the passage

Having itching in the ears, please suggest whether it is due to ear wax. Please suggest good ear drops for cleaning ear wax.

I had been having dry cough from last 2 days as the night before that a i ate Icecream, and after 1 day i took Azithromycin500 half tablet after lunch and half after dinner, i have got some relief but still i am but still i am coughing and my throat feels dry.
