Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’ve had a cold for a few days now and would like to know what cold medicine I can take while also on the SSRI Paxil (20mg). I tend to be very sensitive to chemical changes brought on by meds and react strongly, so serotonin syndrome is something I’d like to avoid when finding a cold medicine to take. What are some over the counter options available that will have little to no interactions with my Paxil medication? Thanks!

Hello there, I've been having hiccups from past 3 days which are not taking any sign of stopping even after getting the medical checkup done. It started with a sharp ear pain, followed by a difficulity in swallowing food. a couple of days later I showed signs of tonsilitis in my left tonsil. started my antibiotics tablet course and painkillers but that didnt help with the severe fever, fatigue, and shivering. Went to the ER and took an antibiotics IV for 3 days but before the last day my other tonsil showed signs of swallowing. as soon as i finished the antibiotics course my fever is gone but I still have this severe throat pain

Regular ear itching and fungal infection. Putting medicines the condition improves, but after a month or so it recurrs. I usually use candibiotic ear drop. Pl advice
