Small square thing in back of throat

I have this really weird thing in the back of my throat. I have a picture of it but not sure if I can send it or not. It's like a small off white square all the way in the back behind my tongue. The wiser you open your mouth the more it shows and it bobs up and down. I'm really scared now.
