Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Threw up a few days ago and feels like there is something in my throat. Can you help.

I believe i have a terrible sinus infection, head pounding, so much pressure in it, nose stuffed, ears clogged. I started azithromycin and i wanted to know if there is any safe pain meds i can take with it? Or decongestants.

2 months back i had extreme pain in left ear after being scratched while cleaning with earbud but it got healed up in a week. After that i had continuous high frequency noise going on in that ear whenever there is absolute silence. Is it curable? ENT specialist suggested STUGERON 3 times a day for 10 days, it got reduced a bit, but not completely cured. What to do ?
