How to get rid of ear wax at home. I am using soliwax for past 2 days. Will it melt the ear wax and it will come out or I nwed to do anything else.

Threw up a few days ago and feels like there is something in my throat. Can you help.

I believe i have a terrible sinus infection, head pounding, so much pressure in it, nose stuffed, ears clogged. I started azithromycin and i wanted to know if there is any safe pain meds i can take with it? Or decongestants.
