Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recently i am facing dry nose issue. If i sleep for 3 hrs then my nose is becoming dry and while removing the dirt it is paining and talking long tym .... please suggest some tablets

Is sefax 500 mg and Tamiflu negatively interact ? I had slight sore throat and runny nose . I took also ortivine .

I've sore throat since 1 month and I've stopped smoking. I've been a smoker since last 2 years. My general physician has suggested me antibiotics and he said that my infection is negligible now but I still feel that there is inflammation in my throat and vocal cord too while breathing since last 4 days. Also I am feeling like there is dry phelgm stuck in upper side of my throat. And when I see my throat in mirror there is an ulcer like structure and red lines near it and the photographs of which I have attached here. And my general physician suggested me not to overthink and do regular gargles and the sore throat will go away as I've completed the antibiotics dose. Kindly let me know what could be the possibility and what to do to get rid of the throat irritation. I've also stopped smoking now 😔 I do have my examination for which I am not able to focus because Dr. Google suggest that prolonged sore throat means throat cancer and I am very afraid. There's no ent doc nearby. HELP PLS 😭

I feel pain between at center of forehead between two eyebrow. Feels like something is stretching something.. it's like sensation. Then sensation goes on nose. When I simply touch my forehead sensation gone. is there any solution for this problem?
