Lingual tonsil problem

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My 4 year daughter suffering from lingual tonsil from 10 days. She is now prescribed montair 4 ,clenora gel, lysicon syrup. But still she has no improvement. She had an open heart surgery at the age of 7 month for VSD closure. Please, suggest anything else.
