Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recently I was wrestling with my friend and his hand hit near my ear by mistake. Since then I feel like something is buzzing. What should I do?

My right ear is full blocked with tinnitus is also felt and with feeling diZiness and my blocked ear is filled with full of ear wax what should be I do

I've been facing this issue from past few weeks..There is this yellow liquid deposit in my left year...

It feels like soemething is stucked in my throat..since past 6-7months..sometimes i am not even abl to breath properly...its something like phlegm which does not come off even after a lot of trials...i feel helpless at times due to this.. please help me out

I had a cancer treatment in nezofragile area successfully in 2007 . But this year I had hearing loss in my left ear an only some special pitch sounds I can hear. My ENT doctor communicated about the demaged nerve an even hearing aid do not work.
