My daughter gone through adinoids and tonsillitis surgery on April 2017.again she had the breathing difficulty then we consulted doctor he have taken the x-ray and said again the adinoids are developed.last week again she gone for adinoids surgery.why will it happen and what precautions should take to avoid regrowth.in our residential area many constructions are going.is that dust causes the adinoids regrowth?how can I take care of my kid

I've been suffering from ear ache since last month. Doctors are saying there are impacted wax and they tried to remove through irrigation, micro suction and curettes .They failed. Now they are suggesting to remove by operation. Is there any other options to remove the wax ?
