There are many causes for cough lasting for two weeks such as Post viral cough which is common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection, reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder, allergic airway disorder etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
